Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Cost

The free trial (3 sticks) ships for a flat $6.99.

Processing and delivery times

We pack and ship orders within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). Delivery usually takes 8 to 12 business days after your order ships. These are estimates: carriers can be slower at busy times.

Tracking

Every order ships with a tracking number, emailed to you as soon as your package leaves. Tracking can take a few business days to update. You can follow your package on our order tracking page.

Wrong address

You can change your shipping address within 6 hours of ordering: email us at hello@verdeskin.beauty with your order number, the correct address and the subject line “Urgent: order change”.

Late, lost or damaged packages

If your tracking says delivered but you can't find your package, wait up to 10 business days, as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered early, then contact us. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or refund you.
