You can change your address within 6 hours of ordering. Email us right away with your order number and the correct address, with the subject line “Urgent: order change”. We can't guarantee we'll catch the order before it's packed, but we'll do our best.

If the order has already shipped, we can't send another one, so it's best to contact the carrier.

Yes, every order has a tracking number, emailed to you automatically. You can track your order right here on our site.

Depending on the carrier, tracking can take a few business days to update.

As soon as your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number and a link to the carrier's site. Allow 1 to 4 days for tracking info to show up. In rare cases tracking doesn't update but your package still arrives: contact us after the estimated delivery date.

Your package is delivered to the address you entered at checkout. Sometimes carriers mark a package as delivered by mistake and drop it off over the next few days. We recommend waiting up to 10 business days after the delivered notice, then contacting us.

We pack and ship orders within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery usually takes 8 to 12 business days. These are estimates, but we do everything we can to get your package to you fast.

Orders are processed automatically so they ship fast. Once an order is placed, it unfortunately can't be canceled. Please double-check your cart before checking out.

If you're not happy with your results within 30 days, email us and we'll refund you.

We accept all major credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

You'll see an error message right away and can try another card. Make sure your details (name, billing address…) exactly match your card. If in doubt, contact your bank.
